Never Again!!!

Never Again!!!

Never Again

Lord I pray your word minister life to the readers today to your glory in Jesus name. Amen, Hallelujah!

I am going to share with you just how important and special you are to the Lord Jesus. What length He went to secure your life in Him. He does not mess with His bride called the church.

The church occupies a very special position in Christ. But first let me tell you a little story. So little it spans beyond time into eternity. The best place to start is at the beginning.

So, in the beginning, long before the first Adam was created, God said of Lucifer through the prophet Ezekiel “…Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdomand perfect in beauty. Ezekiel. 28:12b “sealest up the sum”—literally meaning “you seal up the totality of perfection in wisdom and beauty.” You know a thing is sealed only when it is done with. There was nothing else to add. God held back nothing in creating Lucifer. He goes on to hint us of some of what made Lucifer so beautiful. In Lucifer were precious stones of all kinds. There were musical instruments of all kinds. He was the singular divinely appointed celestial orchestra. “Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Ezekiel 28:13

He was an anointed Cherub, like one that stands and covers the mercy seat, the “choir master” that led worship before God. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.” Ezekiel. 28:14. there is no other angel in scripture with such endowment. That was how close and special he was to God. “Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.”  Ezekiel 28:15. Like God said in verse 12b. He was the epitome of perfection until iniquity was found in him. Pride set in because of all he had in him. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, “ Ezekiel 28:17a Lucifer wanted to be equal to his maker and Master God. “For thou hast said in thine heartI will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” Isaiah 14:13-14 those were his five desires known as the five “I wills of Lucifer” but they are simply the prideful ejaculations of an uncanny, delusional celestial bigot. Because to aspire to “be like the most High.” was not part of the gift God gave him. That was pride in action. To him, nothing and no one else mattered, not even his creator God. Lucifer had crossed the line. God is a righteous God and cannot look at sin “Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity” Habakkuk 1:13a God had to deal with the situation. He said to Lucifer…“ By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Ezekiel 28:16

Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. Ezekiel. 28:17.the phrase was lifted up” is a Hebrew word called gabahh,  pronounced gaw-bah’ meaning “to soar, i.e. be lofty; to be haughty, to exalt, lift up, mount up, be proud, raise up great height”.  It was an insult. He actually challenged the supremacy of God his creator by those five “I wills” So, to show who is in charge, in verse 16 God said “…therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee,O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire” Ezekiel. 28:16b

Those were Satan’s marching orders. The phrase “I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God” in that verse means “you will no longer be treated as sacred, but driven out of the place of sanctity which you occupy” this upset Satan and as he was thrown out he grabbed along with him a third of the angels in heaven.

Though you will not find a scripture that says a “third of the angels fell from heaven,” but when you put some verses of scripture together, they lead to that conclusion. Sometime after their creation, Satan rebelled like we saw in the verses above and was cast out of heaven. “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!” Isaiah 14:12. Jesus was present at the execution of his banishment that was why He told his disciples, “…I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” Luke 10:18 and in the book of Revelation Satan is seen as a star “And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.” Revelation. 9:1.

We are also told that one third of “…innumerable company of angels” Hebrews. 12:22d chose to rebel with him.  “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the STARS of heaven, and did cast them to the earth…:” Revelation 12:3-4 Remember Satan is seen as a star in Revelation 9:1 Since Satan is referred to as a star cast down to earth, and Revelation. 12:4 says a third of the stars were cast out with him, then the conclusion is that the stars in Revelation. 12 refer to fallen angels, fully one third of the heavenly host.

Satan was not ready to take his punishment peacefully. He put up a big fight against God, his creator. I call that the zenith of celestial stupor, born out of overestimated self delusion. That goes to show you what an insanely deranged maniac Satan is. “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not;neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were CAST out with him.” Revelation 12:7-9

The Greek word translated “CAST” here is the word ballo, pronounced bal’-lo It means “to throw with intense violence, strike, throw (down), thrust.” What could be more violent?

A violent being, “By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence…” drunken from the cacophony of his celestial expulsion, he got to the earth, messed up the creatures that were here at that time before our Adam was created. They all bowed to his authority “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!” Isaiah 14:12.  For their punishment God disembodied them. He took their bodies from them for the earth is a physical earth; you need a physical body to reside in it. (A matter for another day) whatever kind of creatures they were, is not mentioned in the scriptures but it is thought in some quarters that they are today’s demon spirits. (This is very debatable though) In anger God froze the earth in “palpable” darkness. “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep…” Genesis 1:2a

Time went on until the Godhead decided to recreate the earth. You know the story. The first Adam came on the scene. Again, like he did the lives of the former inhabitants of the earth, he messed up man’s life for him, Adam sinned against God. But this time God decided to save man from Satan instead. Satan thought God was going to do the same thing He did to the creatures in the former world to Adam, freeze up the earth again so he would have gotten his revenge at God.

Instead God let him know there was salvation through the seed of the woman -Jesus, the last Adam.

Not relenting, Satan went to work. He wanted to thwart the remedy of God for man. His angels that fell with him were used to pollute man. By marrying women and populating the earth with a hybrid of half man/half angel. “There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” Genesis 6:4. This way God will not have a pure human breed for salvation.  God needed a man for the salvation of man and not a hybrid of angel and man.  God had to do the only thing to be done, destroy the whole generation of messed up man on earth with flood.

“But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.” Genesis 6:8 Noah, his wife, his three sons and their wives were the only eight humans that survived the flood. (The number eight is the number of new beginnings) God instructed Noah to take along with him into the ark two of every creature, male and female. I believe you know the story.

God repopulated the earth with these people. A new beginning, yet man will not cease from evil “…I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; …” Genesis 8:21

Some ten generations later, after four hundred years, God found a man He could trust in Abram the son of Terah. “…the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:” God had to create for Himself a people that will be called by His name. But He needed a man that can be trusted to pass on instruction of the Lord to his children. Abraham qualified “And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.” Genesis 18: 17-19.  Over time the nation of Israel was born. Like the typical man, they were rebellious.

God had promised their father Abraham that through him the rest of the world will be blessed “Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?” Genesis 18:18 so, God had to tolerate the nation of Israel for Abraham’s sake.

To cut the story short, there came a time, four thousand years later after the first Adam’s creation that God had to put a final stop to the devil’s madness. It was time for a man to take over the earth the way it was originally planned. It was show time, the last Adam; Jesus had to step in to reclaim that which the first Adam lost. God made this earth and gave it to man, “The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.” Psalm 115:16 but the first Adam sold it to Satan in exchange for his innocence. So for four thousand years Satan had the earth in his grip. He was the god and the prince of this world“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel” 2 Corinthians 4:4 “Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.” John 12:31

At birth, he used King Herod to try and kill Jesus as a baby. But God took care of it.“And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.” Matthew 2:13

Many times Satan tried to cut short the ministry of Jesus. Knowing that if he succeeded the salvation promise God made in Genesis will fail. Each time Satan failed instead.

After the Lord was done with ministry, in humility to the father’s plan of redemption, he submitted to the death on the cross.  John 10:17 “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.” Philipians 2:8 “Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.”

“Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.” John 10:17

“But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.” Hebrews 2:9

That was the catch point, OBEDIENCE born out of HUMILITY. Death by crucifixion was one of the slowest, most torturous forms of execution ever devised. It was the capital punishment exclusively reserved for the most notorious robbers. That was the zenith of ignominy. There was no other public execution more humiliating in Rome those days. But if God was going to create a new people, they have to be one that will be HUMBLE and OBEDIENT, willing to do His will. The first Adam failed God. The nation of Israel has proven to be stiff necked and unreliable. “And the LORD said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people Exodus 32:9  God had to make sure that all these vicissitudes and prevarications exuding from the vacillations of an erstwhile impeachable godlike creature messed up by Satan came to an end once and for all.

Let’s back up to Philippians 2:5-7 it says Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men…”

What is that? It is HUMILITY and OBEDIENCE to God. When we come to the throne of grace, it must be on a platform of humility.  That verse says “Let this mind be in you(the type of humble and obedient mind) which was also in Christ Jesus…” Philippians 2:5. That means it has to be a deliberate action of submission. You must submit your will to the father but it has to be through Jesus, there is no other way. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 “But as many as received him,to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” John 1:12.

You do the receiving of Jesus first before you can become a child of God. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the deadthou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10. The scriptures say in Jeremiah. 17:9 that “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”  For that reason, the spiritual surgical operation of a heart transplant that God promised the children of Israel in Ezekiel 36:26 takes place A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.” When you come to Him, at this point you give up your life, after you have received Jesus as Lord and Savior. Hand it over to God, willingly. “For ye are dead, andyour life is hid with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:3. You become dead to carnality and alive to the things of the spirit. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17. Then He seals you in Christ. “…In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were SEALED with that holy Spirit of promise Ephesians 1:13

You see, an unbeliever CANNOT GIVE HIS LIFE TO CHRIST. Only a believer can. The natural man has a rebellious heart. He was born that way. It is a nonnegotiable inheritance gotten from the first Adam. The psalmist tells us “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.” Psalm 51:5 again, the scriptures tell us in Jeremiah. 17:9 that “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”  What does God do with such? So out of your free will you receive the blood of atonement for cleansing before you can hand it over to the Lord. “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” John 1:12. I talked about that in an earlier write up.

Like I told you, God had to make sure that all the troubles that have befallen His dearly beloved creature called Adam had to come to an end. How else can that be achieved than to go back to the beginning? Remember the book of Genesis in chapter 1 verse 26? “… Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”  The Godhead came together and arrived at that conclusion “… Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion… over all the earth…” but the first guy messed up. He threw away not just his authority on this earth but even the breath of God that gave him life, his life “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” Genesis 2:7. He submitted to Satan’s authority, which made him vulnerable to Satan till this day.

God knew that was exactly what was going to happen, so He made a promise to salvage man through the woman’s seed. “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” Genesis. 3:15. This time not through the man, since man had become the epitome of DISOBEDIENCE for scriptures record that “…Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.” 1 Timothy 2:14 in other words, he deliberately disobeyed God’s instructions. God needed the seed of the woman so He could put on the flesh of man  “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” 1 Timothy 3:16.

At this point this story was about four thousand years old. Let me digress a bit here and give you a little background information. The salvation of man required the blood of a man because it was man that messed up. But it has to be a pure sinless innocent blood like the one He used in the Garden of Eden for the first Adam. To get that, God had to circumvent the seed of the man in bringing Jesus to the earth to avoid sin contamination. That is why that “…which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost” Matthew 1:20. If it were possible to have a child naturally without the seed of the man, that child will be born sinless. For sin comes through the seed of the man NOT the woman. “Wherefore, as BY ONE MAN sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned” Romans 5:12

That is why the blood that runs in the veins of a child is that of the father and not the mother. Like I stated above that man’s sin had continued to grow from bad to worse. It got so bad that the bible records that “…it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins” Hebrews 10:4

It was Adam (a man) that sinned so it has to take an Adam (a man) to permanently deal with sin to restore humanity to his original estate with the proper life that God had meant for him to have –ZOE. Not to continually sacrifice animals. It was not working anymore

“And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.” 1 Timothy 2:14. We see that in the above scripture that the woman was deceived and not the man. Like I said before, it required a SINLESS INNOCENT MAN to take back that which the first one lost.

Don’t forget the first Adam was made in the image and likeness of God and thebreath of God gave him life as we saw in the Genesis scripture above. So theWORD OF GOD -JESUS had to wear the flesh of man “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…” John 1:14a. through a virgin birth without the seed of the man“…Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost Matthew 1:20c. That made him a sinless innocent man.

This time, unlike the first Adam, Jesus did not have to wait for only the evening fellowships with the father “And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day…” Genesis 3:8a. The last Adam had access twenty four seven “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him John 3:34 Jesus was the full dose of divinity here on earth. He was one hundred percent man and one hundred percent God at the same time. This is known as the hypostatic union.

There was not going to be any room for Satan this time. The earth belonged to man. “The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men Psalm 115:16

In Hebrews 1:8-9 we read “…unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy FELLOWS When the psalmist first wrote that profoundly sagacious statement of truth made by the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, I believe he did not fully comprehend the enormity of those pronouncements. This is the creator of the universe, talking to His son at the triumphant entry into heaven. Psalm 24:7-9 creates the same picture of that. The word FELLOWS in the phrase “above thy FELLOWS is the Greek word metochos pronounced met’-okh-os it means a sharer; by implication, an associate, a partaker or a partner.

Why would God make such a statement? That is because there are two others as well. Remember there is the first man Adam created on the sixth day? He chose to SIN against God. Then the last Adam – Jesus “…was made in the likeness of men:” Philippians 2:7c He had to take on the number six as well. That is why His number is twelve, six times two is twelve. He “loved righteousness, and hated iniquity” Then lastly the authorized intruder called the Antichrist. He chose the number six as well for he will come as a man “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” (666) Revelation 13:18

The Antichrist chose the number of man, the number six. The third man is rightly called“…that man of sin…, the son of perdition” 2 Thessalonians 2:3 that is who he truly is. He will be a usurper, trying to accomplish what his mater Satan could not. In His infinite wisdom, God actually gave Satan the authority to carry out those activities. “…and power was given him over all kindred, and tongues, and nations” Revelation 13:7b

I told you the earth was given to man “The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.” Psalm 115:16 and there are three men authorized to occupy the earth at any given time. The first is Adam in the Garden of Eden who gave his authority over the earth to Satan, the second man is called the last Adam“And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.” 1 Corinthians 15:45. The last Adam is Jesus who took back the authority after four thousand years of Satan’s domination over the earth and the Antichrist who also will choose the number of man, the number six. That is how come the number six, six, six. The third man is rightly called“…that man of sin…, the son of perdition” 2 Thessalonians 2:3 he will be a usurper, trying to accomplish what his master Satan could not. In His infinite wisdom, God actually gave Satan the authority to carry out those activities. “…and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations” Revelation 13:7b

At this point since the resurrection of Jesus Christ it is the last Adam that is still occupying the earth. He has a body he left behind, the Church and not until that body is removed, Satan can do nothing about possessing the earth again. “For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.” 2 Thessalonians 2:7 Satan is going to try messing up the earth again but for the intervention of the Lord Jesus. That gist will be for another day.

Now let me get back to what I was saying before the digression last week. I said God needed the seed of the woman so He could put on the flesh of man and arrive on earth sinless. “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” 1 Timothy 3:16.

In building the “new man” and ultimately The Church, God made it mandatory that whoever would come to Him this time must come willingly since He gave man a free will to chooseThey must submit that will to the one who epitomizes obedience in humility. That is Jesus “Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, (it was a choice He made for Himself) and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, HE HUMBLED HIMSELF, AND BECAME OBEDIENT unto death, even the death of the cross.” Philippians 2:6-8. The same humility is what is expected of the sinner who comes to the foot of the cross for the salvation of his soul. When Jesus obeyed the father in humility, “…God also hath highly exalted him, and given him A NAME WHICH IS ABOVE EVERY NAME: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11. Likewise when you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, you got everything the father gave the son “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD.” 1 John 4:17

I told you in part one of this episode that there were musical instruments of all kinds in Lucifer. He was the singular divinely appointed celestial orchestra“Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Ezekiel 28:13 He was an anointed Cherub, like one that stands and covers the mercy seat, he had access to the throne of God since he was the “choir master” if you would, that led worship before God. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; (The throne of God in worship) and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.” Eze. 28:14. Even after he became Satan, he still had access to the throne of God but his worship duty was no more possible. “Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.” Job 2:1. God did not take that gift of music from him. “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” Romans 11:29 Since Lucifer, the “former worship leader” rebelled against God and was thrown out of heaven. (I talked about that in the earlier part of this episode) God wanted a replacement, a worshiper that will please Him. For our God is a God that enjoys worship, in fact, worship is His habitation“But thou art holy, O thou that INHABITEST the praises of Israel.” Psalm 22:3 I showed you in Exodus 32:9 how God saw Israel whom He had raised as a nation “And the LORD said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people They were inconsistent and stiff-necked.  They never delivered consistent praise. They still had their free will under their control.

God wanted a consistently reliable group of worshipers who will do it the way He wanted it done. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24. That was why Jesus said in John 4:23 “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truthFOR THE FATHER SEEKETH SUCH TO WORSHIP HIM.” IT HAD TO BE A SPIRITUAL THING THAT IS WHY GOD HAD TO CREATE THE CHURCH SPECIFICALLY FOR HIMSELF, TO GIVE HIM PLEASURE IN WORSHIP. He made all things for His own pleasure, including man. “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” Revelation 4:11

When you receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and submit your will to Him, you become dead to sin and you surrender your will to Him in obedience. “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:3. God the father takes your new life and hides it in Christ. That was why Paul said I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20.

That new life becomes merged with Christ Himself, He becomes your life. “When CHRIST, WHO IS OUR LIFE, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.”  Colossians 3:4 “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for WITHOUT ME YE CAN DO NOTHING” John 15:5 without life you can do nothing.

Like in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, God gives you a new life but this time it is no more the kind of life the devil can mess with for it is the God kind of life called Zoe, now in CHRIST. The original kind of life God gave the first Adam; which was supported by the breath of God. “And the Lord God made man from the dust of the earth, breathing into him the breath of life: and man became a living soul.” Genesis 2:7.  This time God hands your life over to the Lord Jesus who has been tested and trusted for safe keeping since man cannot do anything right because of his fallen nature. “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” John 6:37 Just like Jesus willingly surrendered His life to the death of the cross and God rewarded Him as we read in Philippians 2. God rewards you as well for that obedience of receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Scripture says in 1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light”

Wow! Did you see that? Hallelujah! You become a member of the chosen generation, a royal priesthood, not just a priest but royalty, a member of the holy nation, a special individual. Why all that? So you can display the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Praise God Most High.

Let me remind you that the whole of this process is simply for God to get for Himself a people He can trust to worship Him in Spirit and in truth, willingly. Now I cannot tell you why He chose to go this way but all I can tell you is that God decided to go through a process and submitted Himself to one of His creations, TIME.

We do the same. For instance when you want a meal of rice, you don’t just go harvest the thing and munch. It goes through several processes first. The farmer plants it. He waits for a period of time for it to mature for harvesting. After harvesting it is parboiled and the chaff removed. Note here, it is heat that helps remove the chaff. It is then packaged for the market. You go to the market to purchase the quantity you want and wash it at home before you boil it. But you just don’t chew it that way when it is finally cooked. It could be made into plain rice and stew, jollof rice, fried rice, coconut rice or any kind of rice mix you desire before setting the table to eat. All of that took time in preparation before the actual act of consumption.

The word says God “…called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” Every man on earth gets the call but not all will hear nor heed the call. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20. It is a universal call to repentance. When a man comes to God through Jesus it is so man will not have to die again. “But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.” Hebrews 2:9

It is like the processes of parboiling rice to enable the farmer get rid of the chaff to get it ready for the market. James tells us “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. James 1:2-4. As you willingly submit your will to the Lord and receive Him as your Lord and savior, God allows some events in your life to build up your faith. It takes time. The lord Jesus Himself prepares you for what He wants you to be. “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he (The Lord Jesus Himself) might sanctify and cleanse it (The Church, that includes you my reader, if you are born again) with the washing of water by the word, That he (The Lord Jesus Himself again) might present it (The Church) to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” Ephesians 5:25-27 All He asks is surrender your will to Him “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” Philippians 2:13

You see the psalmist said Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” Psalm 37:4. The word DELIGHT here is the Hebrew word `anag, pronounced aw-nag’ it means to be soft or pliable. The word PLIABLE in the Merriam-Webster’s dictionary explains further to mean “ supple enough to bend freely or repeatedly without breaking”

In one word all of that means YIELDEDNESS or SUBMISSION. As a yielded Christian, God could use you for whatever He willed and whichever way He deemed fit. Your singular heart’s desire would and should be “Lord use me as you will, to your glory”

No more rebellion. Never again will it be heard that a creature rose against the will of God. Never again will it be written that a people became stiff necked in disobedience to the will of God the father. Never again will God have any reason to curse the earth. Scripture says “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: (No more the stiff necked and rebellious Adamic being from the Garden of Eden) old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 Remember I told you God put your new untouchable life in Christ? And Jesus has been tested and He is trusted. He has earned the trust of God in humility and obedience that is why He has become the custodian of the new creature. When God put the Christian in Christ He permanently took care of any possible future rebellion.

For His humility and obedience, God gave Jesus the gift of the Church, the NEW CREATION “And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church” Ephesians 1:27 Even if you wanted to rebel you couldn’t for you don’t belong to you anymore. You willingly gave your will over to God for eternity. It is a sealed deal; Jesus and the father are one. God made the church to be the body of Christ just as your body is subject to instructions only from the head and gave Christ headship over the church. When was the last time any of your limbs or other part of your body chose to do anything by themselves? They only obey the instruction from the head, that’s it. Through the death, burial and above all resurrection of Jesus Christ, (remember the rice meal process?) The Church too has become part of that Godhead and placed where Lucifer originally fraudulently wanted to be but this time in Christ. “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:” Ephesians 2:6. That was the proverbial last straw that broke the camel’s back.

“Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” 1 Corinthians 2:8. Like the saying goes, it’s too late to cry when the head is off. Satan’s doom is finally sealed and salvation for any man who desires it is made sure. Amen, Hallelujah!

There will be no more fresh rebellion.

Never Again will it be heard that a creature like Lucifer rose against the will of God. Isaiah 14:12-17

Never Again will man be disobedient to the will of God. Genesis 3:1-24

Never Again will it be written that a people like Israel became stiff necked in disobedience to the will of God the father. Exodus 32:9

Never Again will God have any reason to curse the earth like He did in the book of Genesis. 3:17-18

And Jesus has been tested and trusted. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity...” Hebrews 1:9 Jesus has earned the trust of God in humility and obedience and loved to do right rather than sin, which is why He was made the custodian of the new creature, the church. The psalmist in passing actually talked about this new creation. “This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD. Psalm 102:18 I believe he was referring to the church prophetically, for no member of the Old Testament had an incline towards the church of Jesus Christ.

We Christians are in the show business. We are told in 1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:” God has gotten Himself a people to do the praise worship He has always wanted. He chose the generation and secured them in Christ.

When you received Jesus as Lord, you got a new name attached to the one your parents gave you. It is called “CHRISTIAN”. Like a new bride takes on the name of her husband you took on Christ. That is why you are called a CHRISTIAN meaning a follower of Christ. Acts 11:26 When God put the Christian in Christ He permanently took care of any possible future rebellion. It is a sealed deal. “…in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise.” Ephesians 1:13 God made the church to be the body of Christ and gave Christ the headship over her. Your body is subject to instructions only from the head. When was the last time any part of your body chose to do anything by itself? They only obey instruction from the head, and that’s it. So when the Church is finally merged with her head and married to her husband the Christ Ephesians 1:22-23, 2 Corinthians 11:2, the only instructions she can get and obey are those from her head, THE CHRIST who has been tested and trusted and above all He is part of the Godhead.

For His humility and obedience, God gave Jesus the gift of the Church, the NEW CREATION “… and gave him to be the head over all things to the church” Ephesians 1:27 Even if you wanted to rebel you couldn’t for you don’t belong to you anymore. “… and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price …” 1 Corinthians 6:19c-20a

In conclusion: Let me flow you this gist. You will have to crosscheck the scriptures yourself. Summing up the whole story, the book of Genesis says “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” Genesis 1:1 it was an angelic world. They worshiped God for that was what God wanted from them until the “worship leader” Lucifer thought he could out smart his creator. He failed and in anger God froze the earth in darkness.

For a long time the earth was in culpable darkness until verse two of Genesis 1.  God brought in light and freed the earth. He followed it up by creating a new form of life, Adam. This guy chose to align with the devil and kick against God’s authority as well 1 Timothy 2:14 but God so loved this present creation John 3:16 that He just could not freeze it up again. He promised to personally do something about it. Genesis 3:15 Man will have to choose the way to go once and for all.

Satan decided to scuttle that plan and tried to mess up the purity of humanity by sending his angels to sleep with human beings, so the women produced a hybrid of half angel, half human. Genesis 6:2-4. That way salvation would have eluded man forever for the earth belongs to man Psalm 115:16

But God beat him to it. He wiped off all that lived on the earth with water, leaving just eight uncorrupted people, Noah and his wife, their three sons and their sons’ wives. Genesis 6:7, Genesis 7:7

The earth got repopulated by those eight. Man was still rebellious and sinful. Then God saw Abraham and decided to use him as a passage to come and save the world by Himself for He said of Abraham “For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.” Genesis 18:19 Abraham did teach his children but his descendants deviated again and as a people became stiff necked. Exodus 32:9

In the fullness of time, God decided to launch His salvation plan for whosoever wanted it. John 3:16 Jesus came into the picture. At this point God decided to give the Gentile nation an opportunity as well and got them engrafted into His plan for the children of Israel. Romans 11:1-32. Whosoever received God’s provision for salvation became eternally secured in Christ be it a Jew or a Gentile. God made a totally new creation out of the mix. The equation now became The Jew plus The Gentile equals The Church. Remember the rice meal process?

Like I told you before, there will be NO MORE DISOBEDIENCE OF ANY KIND ever again. The Church has become the perfect praise worship nation. (The completed rice meal if you will) God made the earth in such a way so men could have different times on earth to take their turn in worship. When some are sleeping others are awake so the chain of praise and worship of God will never be broken for He is the God who keeps Israel and He “…neither slumber nor sleep(s) Psalm 121:4 for it is written in Psalm 22:3 “But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”

No wonder the psalmist wrote in Psalm 150 “Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. Amen, Hallelujah!
